Third Place Nights is your best opportunity to be part of your local creative community, and make great art happen too, all while working with others who share the same passion to create and converse.
Painters, sculptors, printmakers, photographers, writers, poets, bloggers, musicians, knitters, beaders, and radicals of any kind are encouraged to join our growing community to work, share, and yes, laugh and otherwise enjoy the company of others. We’ll be taking over The BrickHouse Community Arts Center, which gives us all sorts of space to create and to otherwise inspire great works of art, or at least a good conversation!
A few simple rules for everyone to follow, no aerosols, no noxious fumes, no hazardous chemicals, and no wet clay, essentially we must all be nice to our fellow artists and to our facility as well. Sketchbooks are encouraged, along with journals, laptops, cameras, guitars, anything that inspires you to create and share!
Everyone is welcomed, and encouraged to participate, from professionals, to college students, to aspiring artists. Even if you don’t consider yourself an artist, feel free to join us, and share yourself with your community!
We’ll be meeting at The BrickHouse Community Arts Center, on Wednesday April 21st, from 7 – 9 pm.
We’ll look forward to seeing you there, I’ve heard a rumor of free cookies too!
