A few last minute White Night tips

Here’s a quick guide from all of us about our forthcoming White Night festival:

  1. White Night is a family-friendly festival, a great gathering of community, artsy-types, and all around good folks, so be sure to say ‘please’, ‘thank you’, and ‘excuse me’ as necessary.
  2. Feel free to bring a blanket to spread, or a few chairs too, to enjoy the great acts on our festival stage, it’s a downtown venue, so be prepared troops.
  3. Reminder, the festival grounds, which is The BrickHouse and the closed portion of SE 2nd St are completely alcohol and tobacco product free, that goes along with just being a good neighbor.
  4. We’ve got some great food and drink offerings available on the festival grounds, from Aramark and Mochavinos, and downtown Madison has several great establishments as well, so eat, drink responsibly, and be merry.
  5. Yes, parking could be at a premium folks, we’d urge all our local Madison friends to walk on down, foot to the pavement, and leave those horses back in the stable.
  6. There’s alot to see and do at White Night, we’ve got several cool collaborative projects in the works, for all ages, so feel free to jump in, and make some creative magic happen.
  7. We can’t last all night, and for those who continue to party afterwards in downtown Madison, please do so responsibly, and let’s make White Night a festival we all can cherish, the next day!
  8. We’ll look forward to seeing you all at White Night, this Thursday, from 5-11pm.
