Double Header
Double Header returns this November as we present ‘Double Take’, featuring the work of two Dakota State professors, Linn Nelson and Joe Staudenbaur, and two Dakota State students Megan Pifer and Cody Thompson.
All Double Header events are free and open to the public, refreshments are served, and guests are welcome to come at any time.

Chautauqua Series
Our incredible Chautauqua Series returns this November featuring South Dakota Humanities Council presenter Joanita Kant and her presentation ‘Quill and Beadwork of South Dakota’s Sioux Indians’.
Chautauqua Series programming is always free and open to attend, refreshments will be served, and is hosted by the Madison Area Arts Council.
This program was made possible by the South Dakota Humanities Council, an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Ready, Set, Go!
That’s how we’re gonna roll forward into 2011, just like we did last year, and the year before that…
We’ll be discussing our forthcoming Double Header, our ongoing supporters campaign, and our home, The BrickHouse. Also, Matt Groce, representing the Madison Central School District, will swing by with a letter in support of their efforts, directed to all people, us. Matt will be available after our meeting adjourns to discuss any questions, word puzzles, or sports trivia you may have.
Anyhow, feel free to join us at our next meeting, which will be held on Thursday night, from 7-8pm at Mochavino, here in downtown Madison.
If you have the urge to join us, don’t worry, our meetings are never formal like prom, think more formal like a lumberjack dance.

Looks like another meeting for your local arts council, and you thought it was just another Thursday night.
Join us as we change the world, alright maybe not the whole world, but the world around the great ’042′, so that’s a good start anyhow. Our monthly meetings are held at The BrickHouse, which is located at 106 SE 2nd Street, here in Madison, and begin at 7pm, and usually last about an hour.
On the agenda tonight, we’ll discuss The BrickHouse Bash!, our new Double Header program, and preview our Simply Vibrant! campaign materials. We’ll see you there!
